What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Teams comes from Microsoft suits of programs hence the integration with other microsoft apps is mote inclusive than other 3rd party apps.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

This app will provide you robust connectivity and rock solid audio and video quality.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Would like to have the whiteboard as good as good cisco webex.

This is currently top product in web conferencing category hence any one can go with this with eyes closed.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Microsoft Teams is so much more than a video conferencing platform, it is a complete digital workplace that allows collaboration, file sharing, task management, calendar integration, team management, phone calls, and so much more.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the file sharing capabilities within Microsoft Teams and the ease of sharing with people within my organization. I also love the task management integration through Tasks by Planner and To-Do to help manage projects within my team and ensure tasks are being completed on time with accountability.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Honestly, the part I like the least is the audio phone call capabilities. It works fine, but sometimes when calling outside numbers there is a noticeable delay in the audio that can hinder conversations.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I highly recommend Microsoft Teams for any organization that is looking for an all-in-one solution for file sharing, email, calendar integration, video conferencing, and task management with the teams of your organization. It is a fantastic product with more capabilities than you will ever need, yet can be used by any employee. You won't be disappointed.
