Presence IM on MS Teams enables users to see who is busy in meetijngs.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The best aspect of MS Teams is that IM, calls, and video are all on one platform.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I do not like that sometimes video crashes in the middle of meetings and voice is the only option.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

MS Teams seems best for large teams or organizations. A small or mid-size company is probably fine with Skype or Zoom.
