Choose you right integrator, spend time with your users and business to work around data governance and teams governance model and then spend some money on change management during teams initial deployment

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Screen sharing, and emojis' during conference, easy to use, quick user setup.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One of the best features of teams is how integrated it is with Office 365. My team can use MS Teams as a single application to coordinate almost all of our work; from communicating with each other, sharing documents, organizing work, and keeping up to date on notifications. Having a single product that can do this makes everything easier as we are not juggling a lot of different applications .Accessing Teams from different devices, whether I'm using my laptop, tablet, or phone, is another feature I value. When I'm on the go or need to work from several locations, this has proven very useful.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have faced with Teams is how it takes over my computer's audio settings. When I join a meeting or receive a call, the app disables the media keys on my keyboard. When I later use my media keys to play music or video, I hear the Teams ringtone on a loop. It's incredibly frustrating and disruptive, and the only way to re-enable the media keys again is by turning off MS Teams app.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

MS Teams is helping to improve employee communication and collaboration by making it easier for teams to share files, hold meetings, and work together. Teams is also helping to increase productivity and collaboration by providing an all-in-one hub where team members can easily find and access the resources they need With the ability to break down silos associated with departmental content and to better facilitate conversations between colleagues and business partners, MS Teams is helping to create an environment of open dialogue. Additionally, MS Teams provides an integrated platform for team management, task tracking, and business analytics
