The fact that you can voice and video call along with chat and share files on the same window is amazing

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

- Robustness of the product - Sound/Video clarity - Office integration

What do you dislike most about this product?

If i have to ask 1 think to improve that would be messaging (IM). Somewhere slack style is best but other than this Teams is just killing it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Microsoft Teams is the goto software with multi device support and great for audio and video calls. Integration with microsoft ecosystem (sharepoint) is amazing. If its only IM's i would suggest to look elsewhere.
