Instant messaging is easy now compared with other meeting applications.

Screenshare is really easy and voice calling quality is good.

Nothing since it has all good features.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

There are several aspects of Microsoft Teams that appeal to me. One of its biggest features is its compatibility with other Microsoft programs, most notably Microsoft Outlook. This allows users to easily share information and files with coworkers across the company. Using Microsoft Outlook email ids, you may get in touch with them instantly.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

And because it's integrated with Microsoft Teams, you can schedule meetings with your group in real time. The notifications system is also great. Any employee you choose to tag will receive instant notifications about your choice. There is also possibly no linit for the file-sharing and archiving.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The Microsoft Teams video calling tools are not to my liking. In my opinion, it lags behind competitors like Zoom in that regard, as it does not allow for a presenter to monitor the audience at the same time. Many additional capabilities, such as the ability to share content or switch between multiple backgrounds, are also inferior to those offered by competing programs.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

My small group and I have various sources of information that we share with the rest of the company. Microsoft Teams works well for this purpose. Additionally, it has the ability to synchronize with a single drive. Having the ability to organize my files into different categories and share them with others is another great feature that I use frequently.
