Integration with Microsoft 365, Extensive third-party integrations, Communication and collaboration hub, Security and compliance, Scalability and enterprise-level capabilities

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is very easy to understand and it is possible to integrate it with a large number of applications, it allows you to store and share information very easily to work together

What do you dislike most about this product?

sometimes it fails and it is not possible to establish a communication or make calls

do not hesitate to use the product, it is very friendly and facilitates joint work

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Teams is a unique offering that combines multiple interaction modalities necessary for team members to get things done across our business. Combining UCC functionality, seamless integration with the MS Suite of products as well as popular third party platforms, Teams represents a central hub for agile businesses to operate and interact with customers & partners.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Seamless integration with broader MS Suite and popular third party platforms

What do you dislike most about this product?

The virtual meeting capabilities are not at the same level as Zoom, though it's better than Meets and many other competitors. Audio/Video quality specifically is a gap vs. Zoom.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Imo, this is an ideal platform for startups to build their business on, if they are fine with being a MS shop. If one is set on being a Google shop, you can still leverage Teams, however, you will not be fully leveraging the power and capabilities of this excellent UCC platform.
