The ability to be incorporated with one license from micrsoft for all other desktop applications as well.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

That it integrates seamlessly with my email and keep track of all my meetings.

I wish it had a better project management tool.

Use it if it fits your business needs. It is great to keeps teams together and everyone talking.
