Teams is fast and easy to use, once you have an initial or part name of a user you plan to chat with, the system will automatically give you all users whose name begin or end with the one you have to select from

Microsoft Teams is different from other similar products because it works really well with other Microsoft programs like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. This means you can easily collaborate on documents, share files, and have video meetings all in one place

Teams Chat and calender are my favorite feature.
