Bit clunky on apple products. Bit of a pain to sign in.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

The integration with a Microsoft desktop is second to none, and the file sharing capabilities are excellent; however, it isn't the best from a video conferencing perspective

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Seamless integration with a Microsoft environment - I guess that's a given, and great file sharing capabilities.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The logging in is not that great when you run a public showing as the viewers wait in a virtual lobby until let in whereas other tools allow those with a direct link to go straight into the meeting area. In attaining ISO it was a wonderful tool for sharing policies and multiple documents across the team as a single repository to use, and did the job well as a generalist catch-all system - however there are better more specialist tools our there

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you use Microsoft it is a great utility tool to incorporate, however there are certainly better tools out there for video/tele/etc. conferencing especially for wider audience sessions.

it is a user-friendly interface for seamless collaboration, integrating chat, video conferencing, and file sharing into one platform also Its integration with Microsoft 365 applications enhances productivity and accessibility.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

it allows you to add/share auto create a new chat group in between calls when a new member is added

What do you dislike most about this product?

It requires really good internet connectivity to work

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Its all in one application for your daily meeting notes and team calls should definitely go with this product from microsoft
