What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Being part of Microsoft suite of product offering and being fully integrated with Office 365 is a major advantage.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It works seamlessly across all devices.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Lack of innovation of features, they really need to update the video conference capability to allow for multi monitor use.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

There are many features that are not intuitive out of the box and unique ways those features can be used to improve communication, spending time understanding the software is time well spent.
