ease of use and fact that it's already part of Office 365 suite of software

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Instnant messaging and video calling with lots of features during the call

What do you dislike most about this product?

nothing to dislike I really enjoy using it however clients sometimes find it harder to setup at first compared to competitors like Zoom - but after short explanation we always manage to get it together

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Definitely consider over some other competitor options as it is likely already part of your Office 365 subscription
