What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

It's really just about infrastructure. If your company uses 365 then you will benefit from teams over Zoom or google meet and visa vera.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Screen Sharing is my favourite feature and works very well with a stable internet connection.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Microsoft Team crashes on many users at the same time with no accountability.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend thinking about the alternatives first, however, if you are currently using 365 then it will be one to consider.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

The integration into all MS Office (and other) applications is unparalleled. Whilst you have to acknowledge this is to some extent a huge advantage, as MS Teams and the Desktop Suite of Apps is from the same vendor, Microsoft have indeed capitalised on this to deliver a complete collaboration offering with seamless cross-application working.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Copying from a spreadsheet into MS Teams and the formatting being kept. Try that in Webex and you'll soon understand the simple enjoyment that feature gives.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There have been issues with resource (CPU/Memory) utilisation on the desktop/laptop platform in the past, which can be very annoying.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Consider MS Teams firstly before exploring any alternatives, especially if you use MS Office Suite of desktop applications.
