User access can access all my Microsoft apps with in the service, it's scree sharing and conferencing capabilities. Can integrate to external third-party app like Salesforce.

You can create a customizable channels of different team or projects.

What do you dislike most about this product?

it has limited storage capacity and the recorded meetings has expiration dates.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

with Microsoft teams you can collaborate on documents, share files, and access other Microsoft apps without having to switch between different apps.
