What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

The ability to share attachments and check the availability of a user in the forms of "Available", BRB, offline etc. is one of the most unique features.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Checking the availability of the user so that I know if it is the right time to connect with a user or not.

What do you dislike most about this product?

When sharing screen, I cannot hide the stop sharing button which is irritating and takes half of the space on top.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is professional and trustworthy.

Microsoft teams help us connect with my teammates instantly and help us contribute in the business meetings and work together seamlessly.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The chat and file sharing with others is super handy quick and saves a lot of time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

While uploading files in teams It does not show how much percentage is completed which should be enhanced.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is very easy to use and does not require any prior experience and ultimately maximizing our productivity.

Microsoft teams is a lightweight and easy to install application which helps us organize online meetings, chat with teammates and share files.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We can share our screen and can give control to the participants and it works with less delay.

What do you dislike most about this product?

When I download any file shared by my teammate it doesn't show the percentage of how much file is downloaded.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I will definitely recommend using Microsoft teams as its the best application in the market and is very safe and secure to use.
