What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

This software has provided me with the tools I need to improve my work and communicate effectively with the rest of the organization and its employees, create communications with business owners, entrepreneurs, professionals and friends.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Fantastic software that helps me work better in teams and has made it easier for me to communicate with other people remotely. It has provided me with channels and chat features that are quite beneficial for collaboration, access to chat features, documents, managing files and making instant reviews to maximize work.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I had no problems using this platform; On the contrary, it has significantly improved my workplace and my collaborations.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is the best collaboration tool for companies, small, medium and large, without a doubt I highly recommend it as it facilitates remote communication and provides tools to share critical and relevant information

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Teams does have the ability to create chats connecting large groups and store files in nested folders, which is a huge plus relative to other similar products

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Its great how embedded it is with our organizational hierarchy (quickly see individual roles

What do you dislike most about this product?

the number of Teams gets really confusing, and the connection between files vs other sources like SharePoint gets unmanageable

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Be clear on expectations regarding file storage locations, be careful not to over rely on creating working 'Teams" as too many at once quickly becomes unmanageable.. overall a great product though, that adds a lot of value
