Realtime chat with colleagues enables rapid resolution of issues and collaborative opportunities.

What do you dislike most about this product?

With a large organisation, comprising many teams, it can be difficult to keep track of all channels.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is tempting to allow Teams use to grow organically as people discover the features and benefits that it offers. However, this can lead to an unstructured and potentially confusing directory of teams and channels. It is worth spending some time to design naming conventions and implement governance structures which will ultimately lead to a more manageable solution with better user experience.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

It has unique set of quality features like video conference, instant messaging, employee directory, white board etc.., which are so use full in day to day meetings.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

In video conference we can able to blur and replace our background with our company logo which increase company's reputation and we can take control of the other person's laptop and we can work on it instead of guiding them.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Implementing AI capabilities will improve more efficiency for teams which enables fast and accurate processing for the user needs.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Teams is the best platform to connect with your organizational people in a quality way by using its video and audio capabilities . we can also record the meeting where we can store in the group chat and we can access it even after the meeting ends .
