What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Other softwares also provides similar services but the accountability and reliability of Teams differentiate it from others. Easiness of screen sharing, recording and sharing of those recordings makes it all-in-one tool.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Favorite aspect would be meetings. You can easily and effectively organize meetings within your team and with leadership team without any hassel.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If your organization size is really big and you want a tool to effectively communicate through multiple channels, Microsoft Teams is the right tool.
