What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

I believe most competitors offer more or less the same services, the advantage of Microsoft Teams is the integration with all other Microsoft software. Coming out of the pandemic, Microsoft Teams capitalised well on the Zoom exhaustion and provided more streamlined features at a time where others were clunky.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The integration of my company's organogram, easily accessible through every Teams chat, to better identify accountability and trace managing responsibilities.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It can be unreliable some times, camera problems during calls, the need for multiple resets, freezes.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are already using Microsoft software, this is a no brainer.

The screen sharing tab that keeps appearing and getting in the way of changing tabs in the navigator
