A person who use any Microsoft Teams feel safe in term of data security and their personal information as compare to any other tool

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I feel the easiness in using this product is my favorite aspect, there are clear instruction mention in front of new user, how to use this platform.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I like this product in many aspect but the product pricing is quite high in term of monetary value so they have to think in reducing the cost.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

They did not to worry about security and customization and the service provided by this product.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

It's really user friendly and has a lot of fun features

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Being able to collaborate with my team on a multitude of products

What do you dislike most about this product?

The new vs old teams is confusing- sometimes it will pull up one or the other. Whenever we have someone external on the line, it also appears as if they cant upload documents. They can type in the chat though. It would also be nice if they could access the chat after the meeting ends, like internal folks

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's great for business, I prefer it over skype and the like

together with teams by microsoft, i can easily talk, call, and share files. the fact that it works well with other microsoft office programs makes working together easy and effective.

What do you dislike most about this product?

at first, it might be hard for new users to figure out, and the mobile app sometimes has problems.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

try microsoft teams for easier teamwork and more work getting done. its compatibility with microsoft office makes working together easier by making it easy to share files and communicate.
