What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

It's very effective and simple to use. Able to screen share, which is very helpful.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ability to screen share with people.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The ringtone when someone is calling.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Very useful within a business, as it enables everyone to stay in touch. A must in this day and age, especially with Covid still being a thing.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

There is more flexibility with regard to integration of Microsoft tools.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The whole interface looks great and creates a smooth and easy experience with regard to instant messaging, file sharing and integration with 365.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Honestly can't say there's anything I dislike about Microsoft Teams.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend this product over all similar products as it blows them out of the water in my opinion.
