Both working and video conferencing platform. We don't just use it for meetings.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Microsoft Teams has an app store with a wide variety of third party vendor integrations. It also extensively integrates with other Microsoft Tools like Sharepoint, providing a true team collaboration work space

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Document management and collaboration integration with Sharepoint. Teams can be used as an interface for Sharepoint data.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Vendor support for advanced features is very poor, support team are not knowledgeable and often passing tickets between various departments

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Build Teams and Sharepoint from Microsoft 365 Groups and use channels instead of large volumes of Teams to manage different communication threads
