What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

1. It is simple to use and has a very interactive GUI. 2. Its advantage over competing products comes from chat bots. 3. You can make recordings. 4.) There are no additional costs for Microsoft 365 subscribers. 5.) We can idly search for files, conversations, and other things.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Everything is great here and It is integration of all the tools in single place as we can make audio or video calls and at the same time we can chat and share the files.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing to dislike but one can create a new team with the same name that already exists. Hence creating a confusion.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Use this amazing product.
