That it's UI is comfortable on the eyes and it's easy to use

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

The thing that I found is that it shows you the Calendar on App (or web version) itself, so you can directly schedule the meetings from there.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of the software would be being able to schedule the meetings from the App itselff. Also, you can record the meetings which get shared automatically to that particular group, that is a plus for me as well.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing major, just that when someone calls, it shows same notifications in Notification tab & calls tab.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would say, it totally depends on which email provider you are using, if you are using Microsoft Office, then it comes free. Else, there are plenty of Free Options.
