Live transcription and saving the video linked to the transcribed text.

Video clarity at times.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Teams has a lot of additional features that your typical zoom or slack doesn't have but the problem is they don't all work. For example we use teams to upload files and sometimes certain files go missing, people lose access, weird things like that.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The audio quality is really good on desktop and mobile had great reception and reconnection unlike zoom that just kicks you out when you have no service.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The functions that didn't work, files would go missing, people would lose access to certain things then it would just come back. Pretty inconsistent.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would stick with slack or zoom if you're just using for virtual meetings and im.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

unlike other similar products, Microsoft Teams provides extensive collaboration features including whiteboard templates, action item lists, and a Wiki, and it is tightly integrated with Microsoft 365

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like chatting and seamless screen sharing in teams more than anything.

What do you dislike most about this product?

This solution is very high resource requirements. If you have a team of 20-30 people working simultaneously, it will take up a lot of your bandwidth. The online version or the web version has bugs. There are audio-video sync issues and the app sometimes crashes frequently. There is a lack of personalization, other than the theme or minor color tweaks, nothing much to do.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are looking for a secure platform for unified communication as a service, then check out you must try Microsoft Teams.
