What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Being a part of the Microsoft family, Teams has the capability to integrate with a lot of your everyday office tools and provide the best of experience.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ease of instant messaging, file management in sync with sharepoint and employee directory.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Can have a better UI design for the chat windows and improved search functionality

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are dealing with heavy data, have IM requirement on daily basis and internally video conferencing this is the best tool for you
