What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?
Teams has a great layout and design, is very quick and responsive and makes it easy to collaborate with peers within groups.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is really simple and easy to use, it's not complicated and everything is clearly displayed, allowing efficiency and no confusion. I also really like how easy it is to message other colleagues, and create groups for easier collaboration.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The design is quite dated, and there are features that have been removed (use of gifs for example) which I feel removed quite a lot of personality from the product, especially in comparison to other products on the market.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If your company is using G Suite I would not recommend this product as there is more difficulty with integration, but if you use Microsoft anyway then it's perfect
Pros
- Reliable
- Enables Productivity
- Trustworthy
- Transparent
Cons
- Commodity Features
- Vendor's Interest First
- Charges for Enhancements
