What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

The integration of office with the Microsoft Team is the only reason we went ahead with Teams. The application offers nothing remarkable and just gets the job done.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Since everyone is on the same chat list. You can quickly call anyone member without having to share links. This is the best part about Teams

What do you dislike most about this product?

The product coming from Microsoft are bound to have high expectation. The UI is not catchy and we have seen users using Zoom over Teams

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are getting started with VoIP, this is an okay application. It will help you get started. But if you are looking to grow then you might want to take a look around. The client always complain that they do not have Microsoft application and we have to wait for the client to download and then join the call. Happens almost every time. This speak of the their adoption in market
