Fantastic Communication channel

Likeliness to Recommend

10 /10

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Immediate video conference invites and instant communications among our personnel. Without the inconvenience of installing another APP on your PC, it resolves several business concerns. Easily integrates with other Office 365 applications.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I enjoy that I can instantly message any employee using the app. In contrast to emails that get misplaced and go unanswered, this technology is perfect for my profession as a parts advisor who needs answers quickly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Their chat system would be a drawback. They struggle to identify the sender of a communication. The names section has very little information. I can't stop looking for the individual who sent me a conversation, it seems. Only 3–4 unread chats or calls are displayed. They ought to just "pop up," have better highlighting, etc. Trying to add attachments during a conference call is likewise not intuitive. Some will be accepted, while others won't. There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason or justification.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I will recommend to other people about the features of this tool such as like video conference and audio conference. Also we can send messages instantly to anyone.

Pros

  • Helps Innovate
  • Continually Improving Product
  • Reliable

"This program is fantastic I highly recommend it."

Likeliness to Recommend

8 /10

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Features that set it apart from competitors include real-time text and voice communication, file and screen sharing, automated conference creation, and calendar synchronization.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's made it much easier for people to work together in the workplace or from home. In addition, it centralizes all of the individual programs that make up the Microsoft Office suite, which is the set of programs that most of us use on a daily basis.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The fact that our company operates in a hybrid setup frustrates me because it prevents us from taking use of the resources that need having both our data and our employees located on the cloud. That's not very expansive.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This software is highly recommended due to its superior video conferencing capabilities. Each and every one of your potential next steps has been meticulously planned. Changing the size of an image, casting a vote, or panning and tilting the camera are all examples of scaling. The chat that comes with each meeting is great because it ensures no files or messages are lost and allows you to immediately let people know if you're running late.

Pros

  • Helps Innovate
  • Reliable
  • Performance Enhancing
  • Enables Productivity
