- Microsoft Teams is unified platform to communicate (written or verbal, private message or group), collaborate and integrate with another apps like approval, project management, wiki etc., all in one place. There're no other similar apps that on par with Microsoft Teams. - Users can easily do what they need in one place, without having to open the new app or new tab, Prevent users from distraction because open many apps. - Teams has several unique features such as Together Mode, Remote Access, Speaker Coach, ability to chat the meeting participants before, during and after meeting.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

- Can be access easily from any device, anywhere - The richness and the unique features in the way that there're no other competitor can keep up - Deep integration with SharePoint, OneDrive and Microsoft Office

What do you dislike most about this product?

This app is quite heavy and sometimes laggy.

Microsoft Teams is all in one solution for your business, it will boost the productivity of your employees, increase your employee engagement and retention and will make your business become more agile and resilience.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Teams is a fantastic collaboration tool that combines chat, video conferencing, file sharing, and project management, allowing me to manage my team and work all in one place.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I appreciate how customizable Teams is. I can set up channels for different projects and departments, each with its own set of tools and apps. It also enables me to integrate third-party apps such as Trello and Salesforce, making it easier to run my business.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dislike that the desktop app can freeze sometimes during video conferencing

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Teams is an excellent tool for businesses and teams seeking a great, all-in-one collaboration solution. You'll be able to edit documents in MS applications in real time.
