What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

It created a virtual workspace that integrates all the critical day-to-day applications that all level of staff uses BEFORE the pandemic began.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like creating departmental Teams that can be collaborated on by specific individuals. Calling and video conferencing while screensharing is seemless.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There isn't always easy access to help for specific apps, and not a lot of clear information about what apps (even from Microsoft) will require additional subscriptions or cost.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's a must have for hybrid workplaces and it's way better than Google offerings for business (coming from someone who enjoys Google's services for personal use).

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Teams offers a full communication solution, including instant messaging, audio and video calls, screen presentations, and conferences and easily integrated with all Microsoft applications. Not to mention unmatched video and audio quality for virtual meetings.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Flexibility and ease of integration with all Microsoft applications. I work remotely that's why I heavily rely on Teams for all forms of communications with my teammates.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Although the technology is fascinating, its security measures against outside access are a burden.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Microsoft Teams has built an effective virtual workspace bringing together communications and information in one place.
