What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?
to be one of the leading tech brands and in the field for a while to be present in most SMB/Enterprise organisations. Adoption of their collaboration suite is adequate and therefore has seen full adoption over the years.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
ability to see adoption throughout teams who are familiar with Microsoft products. this was particularly the case moving to remote work and seeing teams continue using excel/word, etc. but online.
What do you dislike most about this product?
the clunkiness, it's never been designed to be browser based
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
listen to your team, depending on your culture, you may find better solutions that fit with your culture

The fact it does not have easy to use, modern features like Slack or Discord, like multiple emoji reacts by same person on same message.
