What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I understand that the program aims to support teams and make their communication more fluid. The conversations are securely private and encrypted, allowing us to delete sensitive conversations that could be leaked outside the company. This is a key security detail for which We chose it and used it in the engineering team.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dislike the limitations in file management. Although Microsoft Teams provides for file sharing and collaboration, I occasionally face file management constraints, particularly when working with older versions or arranging files in folders.
