Sometimes it gets stuck majorly when updates happen, and we need to work on the implementation also.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Microsoft teams offer a comprehensive suite of features, allowing users to operate all Microsoft apps from a single screen such as One drive, calendar, etc. Document management through OneDrive is timesaving, providing backup and easy accessibility.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

This is the most secured product for files sharing. The audit history of calls and communications can be tracked. All the calls scheduled are integrated into calendar.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It would be preferable to change the ringtone for calls.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This product is highly recommended for any industry/organization looking to securely manage communication and document sharing among groups of people.
