What differentiates Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise from other similar products?

Dynamics 365 sales allow your team to keep track of key contacts and accounts, meet buyers where they are, collaborate seamlessly across the sales team, build out sales collateral, and accelerate sales performance with real-time analytics. This is ideal for your sales team especially since it's all in one place!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Dynamics 365 sales include insights such as mutual connections that can provide warm introductions to move deals forward. Additionally, all contacts within Dyanmcis 365 sales relationships are consistently updated to showcase job and organizational changes. Included in Dynamics 365 Sales is the ability to track the health of different connections and actions needed with personalized talking points, ice breakers, and best steps to move relationships forward.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are a few extra features within the platform that you have to get from gathering customer feedback with survey insights from Dynamic 365 Customer voice provided to improve sales engagement. I am not sure if this is an extra fee so it is worth seeing if it is available for free.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Really consider how digital selling is the new normal, and salespeople have everything they need to engage the right customer in a single workspace. In fact, Dynamics 365 Sales provides clear and achievable sales activities with AI-powered sales insights. From detecting customer emotion, sentiments, and properties, salespeople are equipped with insights to support shorter sales cycles and win more deals. All channels are available, from phone dialer to email templates, in one place where salespeople can collaborate virtually with colleagues, customers and showcase critical data.

What differentiates Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise from other similar products?

It's an online CRM application that works with Office365, but it looks to include every CRM function you could want. For example, the user interface is not clear for every function, but the learning curve is low because the goal is the same as web access analytics from the start. The finest feature, after all, is the high level of compatibility with Microsoft Office applications. It's also intriguing because of the massive amount of data that may be acquired. It's also cost-effective.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

A considerable amount of customer and project data may be extracted and arranged parametrically. You may choose from a variety of view settings, and you can generally create the chart shape you desire. Microsoft Office products work together effectively.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The response is not fast when loading the dashboard. I'm interested to see if Chrome is more attentive than Microsoft's browsers. Although there are various view options, the whole package isn't particularly engaging, and the visuals aren't usually pleasing. Upgrades are good, however, when the user interface changes, some people feel confused.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Despite the transition from SFDC, I believe that the company's productivity has risen as a consequence of the improved cooperation using MS Office. To begin with, I feel that efficiency may be improved. Strong interoperability with commonly used Office programs, in my opinion, would substantially improve corporate efficiency. It has a lot of CRM-related features, as well as cloud-based machine learning help, and I feel like I can accomplish a lot with it, but I'm overwhelmed by the options.
