Ease of use for a complex system.

What do you dislike most about this product?

When/If something goes wrong, fixing it is time consuming.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

My recommendation is to match your decision with your scale now and in 3 years. Buy once for the next 3 years and not just what is cheapest /easierst now.

Microsoft Dynamics is full of custom designs and all builḍ-iṇ features make it a more versatile tool. It's integration with all Microsoft product is easy and smooth.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Microsoft Dynamics functionality is bit complicated for beginner, but when you start using then not go to another product.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Microsoft Dynamics with build-in integration with other MS product and that makes it the best CRM product because it makes working hustle-free. Custom design is feather in the cap.
