What differentiates Microsoft Dynamics 365 HR from other similar products?
ease to use the features, engaging platform & best part is you can create reports & dashboard at ease. However, sometimes downloading or saving a file takes time.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
engaging platform overall good theme or I would say interface.
What do you dislike most about this product?
as mentioned earlier, it sometimes takes time to save or download reports. But best part is that you don't have to separately save files at other locations.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Innovative & trending platform to save data. Improved versions helps to do job efficiently & updation is required for each company to operate at par within industry.

Microsoft 365 RH is really a very accessible platform, through which you can extract all the knowledge about your employees, it has excellent integrated analysis, which provides you with better knowledge to make decisions that are to the liking of our employees, it has shown to be a very flexible platform to which you can connect with all partners and create an excellent solution, adaptable to the needs of your organization, it is a platform that allows you to connect human resources and operations, provides good functions to ensure that each employee meets the rules.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is an ideal platform for HR professionals, I have used it to improve our business and create a unique workplace, it has provided me with functions and features that help provide all the information employees need with an excellent HR self-service and Microsoft Teams, the ideal tool for Human Resources programs, helps optimize all rewards, absences, benefits and more, thanks to its excellent breadth of functions you can create a better organization.
What do you dislike most about this product?
So far I have not found any function that should be improved or any feature that I dislike, it has excellent customer service, it is available from 8 in the morning to 5 in the afternoon either through chat or phone call, it is a tool that allows you to be able to serve all your employees in an excellent way, it has allowed me to be able to fully equip my employees with self-service tools, create excellent plans for absences, compensation and employee benefits, it has an excellent feature that helps improve all hiring through LinkedIn talent solutions.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend you for all the people who seek to create a better transformation with their employees, optimize the programming that the human resources specialist needs, increase ease and simplify management to create a better workflow, it has excellent integrated analysis, through from which you can keep track of all human resource programs.
