What differentiates ManageEngine AD360 from other similar products?
It allows for the scheduling and changing of complex passwords. The website loads quickly and doesn't rely on plugins. Password Manager Pro can be set up independently by SysAdmin. Another compliment: the password manager Pro team always responds quickly and is accessible by phone, chat, and email. Because it avoids hiring pricey experts, it reduces the cost of implementation.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
This application was passed down to me in a highly outdated state. Moving to a new server and keeping it patched and current were simple processes. Centralizing passwords for devices, external websites, and internal application accounts is a good idea. Even though this server is a part of our DR, it has successfully failed for a month and recovered without any problems. It is simple to use and keep up. It's a fantastic product all around.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I find the software to be difficult to use since it is unintuitive, and the technical support is not very helpful when it comes to customizing the product. The passwords that are allocated to different Resources and Resource groups are incredibly confusing, and it's not possible to store passwords that aren't passwords.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
All encrypted passwords and access codes are carefully managed and secured by the software, which also ensures that their use is authorized and in accordance with the regulatory security standards established in the IT industry. It is available for a reasonable cost, and maintenance costs are also not too high. High-level database encryption is included. Keeps track of every password that is accessed, along with the date and time that it was accessed.

the wide variety of reports that can be obtained

the high cost of the licenses required in relation to the added value that it gives to the company since we only use it to comply with the controls of the iso 27001 standard

that could integrate more functionalities that make the product generate added value to companies that spend money on the purchase of the license
