What differentiates ManageEngine AD360 from other similar products?
This program offers OTP-based user authentication, redirecting users to the proper portal via deep links. Additionally, it keeps passwords and reminds users to enter them whenever they visit the same URL. The integrated reporting features support the creation of documentation for the numerous audits we undergo. The key plus feature of ManageEngine is the application credentials which can be easily copied and pasted.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Cloud entitlement, the Maker checker approval process to reduce erroneous access approvals, performance scalability, automation, and integration flexibility are all features of the Manage Engine privileged access management system. I enjoy graphical user interfaces, reporting, and password rotation setups. It's good that it's simple to use, but configuration can be tricky. To prevent unwanted access, it uses two-factor authentication. Excel sheets can also be used for user administration, which is quite simple.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Although analytics of failure rate, for example, is not possible, users must rely on source data storage to respond to simple data queries. Database connections to the program tend to break down frequently, necessitating reconnections. There is no default setup for saving passwords; all folder structures, categories, etc., must be created from scratch. The product manuals might use some improvement in their clarity.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Google Cloud Platform may monitor our environment due to ManageEngine. It makes it simple to locate the source of performance problems and conduct quick troubleshooting. This software is currently being used in a very secure setting by a government vendor, and so far, it's been fantastic. In the event of an issue, we advise contacting the staff.

What differentiates ManageEngine AD360 from other similar products?
You can store passwords in an encrypted format. I have found this to be the most reliable and robust tool. I like the fact that it has an easy-to-use interface and is easy to navigate. In addition, it automatically updates each user's information in our active directory through a straightforward portal with fully customizable themes. As a result, our confidential and sensitive data is completely protected.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Password Manager Pro works effectively since it enables fine-grained access to resources depending on user groups. Without disseminating numerous plain text passwords, it ensures that our systems remain secure. Utilizing the PAM is simple. Upgrades are consistently quick and easy. To enable you to firewall off all other connections, all RDP connections originate from the PAM as a jumping-off point.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is not a high level of customization in Password Manager Pro, but it still does address some of the common issues. It offers a straightforward solution that makes it simple for users to use. It's a solid product at a reasonable price for managing or storing passwords or logins.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I liked the capabilities of Password Manager Pro (PMP), especially the ability to store passwords in a fully encrypted on-disk environment with encrypting features. There is a slight learning curve involved in sharing passwords with the UI, but it only takes a small amount of sharing to understand the interface's workflow.
