Khoros provides my team with all round analytical data on how communities across every social media channel where-in we have a presence, interacts with our content. This gives us deeper and broader knowledge of our social media campaigns , empowering us to continuously improve on our social media management approach and strategy by being able to identify weak-points and consolidate on our areas of strength.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The campaign management panel and the general user interface of Khoros can be more modern and intuitive. The unintuitive nature of Khoros's user interface and design, has at times affected our social media management duties as a team and contributes to a slow learning curve for new employees in my department. This is my major area of dissatisfaction with my experience on Khoros.

It is vital for teams to leverage the robust reporting and analytics tools which Khoros provides, in order to identify key performance indicators in their brands social media activity and align them with the overall goal of the team or company.
