We'd like to see deeper integration with third-party apps and services, as well as more customization options.

What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

The fact that it incorporates anything and everything. Its for all teams using Agile or Kanban.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I can track my project and create roadmaps very easily

What do you dislike most about this product?

Its slow and this could be because my organization uses a VPN for connections to Jira. But only Jira is slow so Im inclined to believe its a software issue with large large financial data.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you want a management software and want to have all teams follow it, do not hesitate to buy this product.

What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

In addition, we looked into Azure DevOps Service, and the main distinction between Jira Software and Azure DevOps Service is that Jira is much simpler to use, but Azure DevOps requires a lot more study to change Azure boards or move things around. Jira makes it incredibly easy to make changes; you don't always need to hit Save and Close.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Our engineering department, which consists of software engineers, Dev Ops, IT, and DBAs, uses Jira Software primarily. Our primary software tool for the Agile software development process is Jira Software. It is used to track projects from the time an idea is written until it is put in production.

What do you dislike most about this product?

For those without technical knowledge, creating bespoke reports could be challenging.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Jira is a fantastic tool for keeping track of the entire chronology of your project. The Big Picture feature is fantastic for getting a rapid overview of everything that is currently being worked on, what has been finished, and what is upcoming. Another excellent ability is the ability to divide your organization into various backlogs.
