What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

I feel like Jira is the gold standard for all modern agile software companies so that first-of-its-kind-ness still differentiates it from others.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I think it can be customized pretty well for a company's specific needs, so that's nice.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The system is not very user friendly or intuitive. The learning curve is very high. There are so many features that i have never even used or heard about. I sometimes wish there was a simpler view for users who do not have to do very complex tasks and just want to track their own tasks over time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Get it if you want the best product in the industry
