I have using jira more than two years simply it's awesome.this tool help to monitor the task and assign the task with team.helping to manage the product development flow and work flow.

Attachment only is the problem and otherwise everything is good to use for all

What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

The completely customization functionality and utility is offered in JIRA with Scrum and Kanban boards which helps in faster ticketing management with robust reporting provisions. JIRA is comparatively cheaper than the other similar alternatives like Asana, Monday.com etc.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Easy to use and customize as per client and user requirement. It helps in creating customized dashboards and report management system with smooth performance metrices for instant ticketing management system and providing sprint boards for next gen testing process

What do you dislike most about this product?

No issues seen as such. Integration can be made more smooth

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

JIRA is widely known for its best project cycle and ticket management system. It is a cost effective software with wider utility functions and is quite good on performance criteria metrices

What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

It gives me a fantastic interface that makes it easy for me to manage all of the software and programs in one location, as well as to generate creative projects and oversee all of my staff.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I enjoy that I can easily view all of my work and arrange jobs. It also provides me with ready-made spreadsheets that adjust to my workflow, and I can keep track of errors to create flawless software.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing bothers me; I can integrate it with Slack, Microsoft Teams, and other programs. My apps can be developed and managed with the help of DevOps templates.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For huge teams working on IT tool development assignments, I would suggest it. All of its tools improve teamwork and let us work as quickly and efficiently as possible.
