It's not good for project management because it's meant for products.

Do not use it for project management. You're better off using another tool.

It has great features especially on Agile front and keeps evolving. It integrates well with Document Management and various other collaborative tools

Scheduling and Tracking of work

What do you dislike most about this product?

Initial setup and template configuration needs training. The licensing also needs to be simpler.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Great to plan and deliver your product on time and track every task and related documentation.
