What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

It provides various feature which includes Labels, priority setting, Due datesm reminders etc.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Bifurcation of Tasks into Bug, Task and Story

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not aware of whole product features. I would like to understand this tool more and whatever I know, I dont find any dislikes of this prodict
