1. User-friendly UI is the best thing. 2, Ability to integrate effectiely with third party tools 3. Ease of ticket creationg and management 4. Availability of JIra Forms and Automation using GUI makes things easy. 5. The Atlassian Support team is just 1 ticket away to assist with any issues,

What do you dislike most about this product?

1. Load time for custom queries 2. Lack of idea management feature to keep track of our ideas 3. Limited upload size for attachments. 4. Unavailability of multiple project leads for a project 5. Jira is little expensive for companies with low budget.

Best part about Jira is that the option to create a custom workflow for a specific process along with which the reporting tool provides in-depth insights of the tasks in progress.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Setting up and configuring Jira initially is a headache as it has a lot of features and the time required to learn is very high.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are thinking about using Jira, I would recommend investing your time initially in learning and understanding its full functionality. Setting up and configuring it can be a little complicated at first but it is worth for its powerful features.
