What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

Jira is different from other project management tools because it helps Agile teams plan their sprints and keep track of problems.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Customized processes, thorough reports, and managing the backlog are things I like. The new outline feature helps with making plans for the long run.

What do you dislike most about this product?

For newbies, setup is hard and takes a lot of time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It should be used by agile teams that need to make complex software and keep track of problems.
