What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

Since I work at an IT company, we use Jira all the time and I think it's the best workflow management tool for IT companies because you can set up different workflows for various teams or projects.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's quite powerful and, as I mentioned above, we like the workflow management feature. We have many projects going on at the same time and they all have their own workflows and peculiarities. In Jira, we can easily set them up, which saves a lot of developers' time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's a bit pricey, but it's worth it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We use Trello for non-critical task management, where workflows aren't strictly required, but with Jira, you get a powerful enterprise solution that stimulates collaboration and teamwork by ensuring that everyone's on the same page about the tasks ahead.

What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

Vast integrations and features. Jira integrates with vital tools on our development workflow such as Slack and Github. Also, it provides me with features and capabilities , unmatched by any substitute project management platform I know.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

This must be Jiras Kanban boards. They are a key aspect of our project management workflow, as they provide every project stakeholder with an eagle-eye view of all aspects of a project , thereby making it easy to monitor workflows, identify bottlenecks, and promote project activity transparency across stakeholders.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Notifications needs to be better for sure. For example, Jira does not provide notifications if changes are made to my open tickets, by another stakeholder.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Project management is a must for any software team or coy. For me, no other tool does a better job than Jira.
