What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

It is easy to integrate with the project management platforms. Easy to obtain reports and manage priorities.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Easy to add custom fields is very beneficial.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing really, it is very helpful in managing all tasks as compared to reviewing them over emails. There is a slight learning curve for end users as they need to login to another application to initiate a ticket.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Very useful! Work the investment. Helps in SLA management.

What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

Jira Kanban boards. This is a crucial part of our product development framework. It basically helps us be as efficient as possible throughout the lifeline of a project, limit work in progress and ensure transparency across all stakeholders in a project.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

A key component of Jira is communication. Jira ensures all stakeholders involved in a project, are able to maintain tight collaboration and communication, directed towards meeting common milestones, regardless of the individual location of every stakeholder.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Jira lacks a sense of standardisation . As an example, the way Jira was used at my previous workplace is different from how we use it in my current organisation. Thus, I basically had to learn a whole new set of best practices and methods at my current organisation.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a reliable project management tool for managing agile projects, for teams who work asynchronously.

It's more of a detailed product that elaborates the workflow and allows better communication between teams with stage updates that get emailed
