What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

Most popular too, pretty much everybody has had experience with it. A lot of features. Very configurable workflows and task properties, but also can be quite confusing to do it.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I can configure it, the way I want to. Mostly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Recent "innovation" has been all around new UI/UX, and every iteration has been worse than the previous one, The tool needs to catch up to modern workflow and ALM tools.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Good for enterprise projects, for smaller ones, probably one of the modern tools would be a better fit.

It offers real-time reports with data that help organize and verify the correct completion of tasks. Supports automatic prioritization of work, creating greater fluidity in tackling tasks. It has the option to view and manage obstacles quickly and in real time. It's easy to add particular tasks to each milestone and the time management features are great.

What do you dislike most about this product?

You need to have your own tool for direct messages between team members. You need to incorporate customization features.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend the implementation of Jira for its extensive ability to develop strategic, agile and dynamic planning, with the participation of team members.

Jira is an amazing tool to manage any complex task management scenario. Loads of features are added into this and compared to other tools this is the only tool that has such a breadth of features.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Task management, Managing backlog items, automate workflows are some of the features we use and love the most. The best part about Jira is, it requires very little learning and you can become a proficient user in very few days. This tool has the best compatibility with agile methodologies.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Using mobile applications is a little difficult to manage tasks. Considering all other features we really don't have to bother about this.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Efficient task management is very critical for any company to manage time and resources properly. With Jira, this can be easily achieved. The reliability of the application is very high. This is another critical point for enterprise companies to choose Jira.
