What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

It provides a wide variety of features which other tools don't provide like I have used wrike and I seriously don't like the UI or how that software manages projects and tasks. Jira is very well organised.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The favourite aspect of this software is the software itself. It saves a lot of time and makes it very easy to manage all the tasks.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The customisations in the software are a bit complex and also on the reporting side it creates a bit of pain for the user.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend this software to anyone looking for a project and task management software which can save there time and energy.
