What differentiates Ivanti Neurons for ITSM from other similar products?
Ivanti ITSM is one of the best IT ticket management solution. It is fast, highly automated and easy to use solutions by which we can very easily track and resolve any IT issues across the organisation.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love the feature that it is highly automated and smart. It tracks the solution given to the older tickets and replicates those steps if the same kind of ticket arrives reducing the downtime and making work more efficient.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It’s really cool software having very unique features of ITSM, but I feel the pricing can be reconsidered a bit.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I highly recommend this product for any organisation looking for a smart ITSM solution.
